We accept all major credit cards via PayPal

Can I pay with American Express Cards (AMEX)?
Yes, PayPal accepts American Express

Can I stop my subscription part way through my billing period?
Yes, you can cancel your membership plan at any time via the View Profile option (Top Right).
You will retain your membership until your current billing period expires, and it then won’t renew automatically.

Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no contract or long term obligation. You have the option to pay monthly, quarterly or annually – depending on your selection, each plan will be billed accordingly and if you cancel you will not be billed again.

How secure are your payments?

All payments are processed through PayPal

PayPal uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You don’t need to register or have an account with PayPal to make a payment.

I have a problem with payment
These problems are rare, but you may receive a notification from PayPal when you fill in the form if there is a problem with verifying your credit card information.

The most common verification problem, is where there is a mismatch of addresses for the credit card as described in the next question. If you have other problems, please contact us and we will look into it straightaway.
